Honda India Motors launched new facelift for its premium hatch back Jazz. A facelift as required by Honda Jazz to stay in the market and compete with models like Skoda Fabia and Hyundai i20. All new Honda Jazz is is available in three different variants which are Jazz S, Jazz select and Jazz X. Dimensions of Honda Jazz are 3900 mm of length, 1695 mm of width and 1535 mm of height. The ground clearance of Honda Jazz is 160 mm. The price of Honda Jazz starts from Rs. 5, 75,000* – Rs. 6, 41,001* ex showroom New Delhi.
Renault Pulse was launched in India in the year 2011 to compete with other models in like Indica Vista, Swift, i10, i20, Figo etc. Renault Pulse has dimensions of 3805mm of length, 1665 mm of width and 1525 mm of height. The ground clearance of Renault Pulse is 170 mm. The price of Pulse starts from Rs. 4, 25,000* – Rs. 6, 63,250* ex showroom New Delhi.
Honda Jazz is equipped with 1.2 litre i-VTEC which generates power output of 90 PS @ 6200 rpm and torque of 110 Nm @ 4800 rpm. Honda Jazz has ARAI rated fuel economy of 13.2 km / litre, highway fuel economy of 18.5 km / litre and city fuel economy of 12.6 km / litre. Renault Pulse comes with option of petrol and diesel engine. The petrol version has 1.2-litre fuel injection petrol engine which develops power of 76 PS @ 6000 rpm and torque of 104 Nm @ 4000 rpm where the diesel version has 1.5 litre common rail diesel engine which delivers power of 64 PS @ 4000 rpm and torque of 160 Nm @ 2000 rpm. The ARAI rated fuel economy of diesel version of Renault Pulse is 17.4 km/ litre.
Honda Jazz is equipped with tons of features in the facelift for comfort, interior, exterior and safety in the hatchback. Comfort features available in Honda Jazz are air conditioner with heater, power windows, keyless entry, power door locks, dual glove box, instruments pockets, rear and front console pockets, vanity mirror for driver and co-driver sun visor, fuel consumption display, distance to empty range, front and rear headrests, headlight alarm, coat hanger, foot rest and accessory socket. Renault Pulse is loaded with comfort feature like electrical power steering, tilt adjustable power steering, power windows, engine start and stop button, auto fold mirror, electrically adjustable ORVM’s, central locking, climate control, integrated audio system, roof antenna, tachometer and warning door open alarm. Features available for the interior of the car are cabin lamp with reading light, trunk room lamp, fabric assented door trims, shift knob with leather finish, steering wheel with leather rapped, cup holders, bottle holders, front door pockets, vanity mirror, assist grips, power outlet and fuel lead release from inside.
Features available for exterior of Honda Jazz are body coloured bumpers, halogen lights, body coloured ORVM’s, body coloured door handles, tail gate spoiler, micro antenna, body coloured front grille, dual tone interior and alloy wheels. Features available for interior of Honda Jazz are front and rear speakers, steering mounted audio control, 60 : 40 rear split seat, passenger side seat back pocket, Audio system with CD/ MP3/ FM/ AUX-In with USB, height adjustable driver seat reclining rear seat and amber colour illumination. Safety feature available in Honda Jazz are dual SRS air bags, ABS with EBD and brake assist, G-CON, ECU immobilizer, driver seat belt reminder, rear defogger and rear mount stop lamp. Features available for exterior of Pulse are body coloured bumpers, front grille with chrome accentuated, rear defogger, tinted green glass, rear 2 speed wiper, tubeless tyres, alloy wheels and roof spoiler with stop lamp. Safety features available in the Pulse are Airbag, rear door child safety locks, fog lamps, immobilizer, rear high mounted stop lamp and auto door lock.
