There are cars with small but efficient engines, and now one more car is added in this category. But now the most famous car from the Japanese Auto Giant Honda, Civic is also being added in this category. The Honda is introducing turbocharged engine in its new versions of the Civic. The new model of Civic is going to have a 1.5-litre turbocharged engine which will be much efficient in terms of power and fuel efficiency. The company has also indicated that it is going to follow stricter standards of emissions with this new model of the Honda Civic.
According to auto market sources, the company is planning to manufacture two lakhs engines under this category of turbocharged engine at its North America plant. The production of this car with a turbocharged engine will be started by the end of the current year. The new turbocharged machine is expected to be equally efficient to current 2.0 and 2.4-litre engines which have enough torque capacity and known for their overall efficiency for fuel.
