Honda Amaze to launch tomorrow on April 11th

The Amaze car has received extensive publicity months before its launch, the car will launch tomorrow. The interesting part of the launch of the Amaze is it is the first ever diesel car to be introduced by Honda. The car will arrive with a world class mileage of 25.8 kilometers per litre. The Amaze is a trendy sedan version of the ever popular Brio hatchback. The bookings have commenced since April 1st and there have been more than 2550 bookings for the car which is an impressive figure.

The car will be equipped with a powerful 1.5 litre diesel engine that is likely to generate remarkable energy outputs of 98.6 Bhp which is 25bhp higher than Maruti Suzuki’s best seller the Swift Dzire. Even in terms of mileage, the Amaze over powers the Dzire which has a mileage of 23.4 kilometers per litre.

The car will also be rolled out in the petrol version with a 1.2 litre i-VTEC engine adopted from the Brio. For those interested in buying the Amaze, there is a 2 year maintenance package, road side assistance program and warranty scheme that can be extended for many years. The interesting features are dual airbags, manual air-conditioning, EBD and ABS, demister, driver’s seat height adjustment, ORVMs with blinkers, 400 litre boot, front chrome grill, rear chrome garnish and so on.

The interiors is almost identical to the Brio, the automatic version will be equipped with five-speed transmission. The car will be rolled out in six color options of White, Azure Grey, Black, Silver, Blue and Carnelian red peal. The ground clearance is remarkable at 165mm, with a turning radius of 4.6 metre.

The car will compete with the Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire, and the pricing too will be close to that of the Dzire.
