Honda’s European dream – The ‘Sporty’ Civic Tourer to be unveiled soon

Wonder no wonder, there’s no doubt that the automobile industry unveils a new marvel every year and kicking up the competitions amongst major car manufacturers from across the globe. Any wild guesses which is the best auto- market globally? Well keep all the think tank running. Ah! Seems all have put on their detective shoes or perhaps flaunted with respective search engines to get know-how of which is best automobile-market in the whole world. Well it’s none other than European market. So what’s making news in the European market?

Well no doubt that there seems to be a car-war which has drawn two big world famous giants like that of Toyota’s and Honda as well as other compatriots to launch their most vibrant, ecstatic, slender, sleek exteriors as well as interiors, and full of power packed features performance moves in European automobile markets.

Expected rivalry between the two giants is at its peak with both venturing their respective wagon hatchbacks in the famous “2013 FRANKFURT AUTO SHOW” which is expected to be on full grand fervor next month. The intense rivalry between both auto-giants is expected to soar the level of mercury as both are coming loggerheads with each other over a span of 15 long years since they last rolled out their cars.

So automobile lovers across the globe are expecting the mega launches of Honda’s new marvel Civic Tourer- An extended and full of elegance, style and fashion statement of the current Civic taking on Toyota’s Auris sporty, rugged premium performance backed wagon.

Honda’s project leader for this car Adrian Killham, states that this project has taken the expertise and engineering of Honda’s in-house automobile experts to carve out a marvel which can do dual roles that of a hatchback as well as a wagon, thus standing a piece apart from other wagons in the auto-market. Engineered to perfection, Honda Civic Tourer boasts of a new heart via a powerful hybrid 1.6 I-DTEC diesel engine from the Earth Dreams Technology series and a 1.8 1.8 I-VTEC gasoline unit engine with manual or automatic transmission.

Apart from this, the stand out point of the New Civic Tourer lies in the innovation on the technology front.  It has launched exclusively for the first time ever in the history of automobile “Rear Adaptive Damper System” developed to enhance stability and comfort under varying load and driving conditions, high speed cruising and control.

Honda also has made a complete fairy tale style statement by introducing a rugged yet elegant and sporty bold line which runs from the front A-pillar to the D-pillar creating the everlasting impression of a floating roof line.

It has also learnt to incorporate newer, fresher, innovative ideas into its interiors, the result of which is best in class boot space of 624 liters raised to a whopping 1668 liter.

Honda rides on the superb sales of its existing Civic and other variants which are their heartthrob ruling almost majority of European markets boasts to sell an impeccable 20 percentage of the new civic variants.

Thus, no doubt in that the car-war has officially begun with these two giants aiming for a killing in the largest automobile market-The European market.
