Those who were disappointed with this news need not be, since a popular car website has revealed that the 2013 Civic will soon hit Indian showrooms. The car at present is in its testing stage and is scheduled to launch during the exciting festive period this year. There is a double excitement bonanza with the Civic; the 2014 model will hit Indian roads sometime in Jan or Feb next year.
The new Honda Civic, was first unveiled in US in the year 2011, and then set foot into markets of South East Asia in the following year. Honda had experimented with its new Civic to the core, with continuous upgrades, the main reason being to cater to customers’ needs and requirements when there were some complaints on performance and ride quality. The Asian spec car has however retained its brand new image, and the good news is the same car will make a grand entry on Indian shores.
Ardent Civic fans can actually learn something new with the 2014 Civic. The company has adopted a simple design formula with this car compared to the present model. Honda has used its unique and novel arrow head design theme in this model, hence the term something new. The term arrow head is really original and innovative, but the phrase might not sound too catchy to many, but the car is known to sport an elegant and professional demeanor and has greater sporty elements than most cars in its class.
The 2014 Civic is equipped with a potent 1.8 liter engine with 4 cylinders that releases impressive engine outputs of 140 PS. The car will be offered with automatic and manual transmission options. The American model will be a powerful 2.2 liter diesel mill with iDTEC technology, and for European markets the engine capacity of the car will be a 1.6 liter oiler engine.

The car is scheduled to launch sometime in Jan or Feb next year, and if it is launched in Jan, this might be the best New Year gift, and customers can hope for some prosperous and happy moments for the rest of the year.
