The Delhi Auto Expo to be held in 2014 holds promise due to official announcement of launches by Indian and international automakers. This will be launched in both petrol and diesel variations. One can expect Honda to formally launch this car in 2014 Delhi Auto Expo to be held in November since an official announcement has already been made by Honda. The Honda City will take in orders for these new variants at INR 7 – 8 lakhs petrol version and INR 8 – 9 lakhs diesel. The new Honda City will have same 1.5 liter engine carried forward from previous version with a few mechanical upgrades to make it more powerful and fuel efficient. Customers looking to exchange their old Honda City with new variant can expect a slightly bigger car with upgraded interiors and larger cabin along with features like climate control and Bluetooth connectivity.

Markets can expect strong and vibrant SUV’s from Honda in Delhi Auto Expo to be held in 2014. Of them the Honda Mobilo is a simple MPV based on the platform of its existing popular hatchback of same name. From market reports and pictures on the internet one can see that the Honda Mobilo is similar in design to Brio with a more elongated and broad rear body. This MUV will have two variants in 1.5 diesel and petrol engines due to demand for both. The Honda Mobilo will be a seven seater with slight variations in its hood to make it appear different from Brio with wide grille and subtle chrome touches.

Honda’s popular hatchback Jazz which has found a profitable market in Japan since its launch in September 2013 will be showcased in Delhi Auto Expo in 2014. To be re-launched with streamlined exteriors and spacious interiors the Honda Jazz will be manufactured at its production facilities in Rajasthan. Its price is likely to be within INR 5 – 7 lakhs to reach a wider buyers’ base. If market rumors are to be believed, Honda is likely to present an SUV variant of the Jazz in Indian markets with better features and mileage.
