Honda Civic 2014:
The vehicle is expected to be launched by the year 2014, February and the expected cost of the vehicle is between 12 and 17 lakhs. The civic sedan is already on test at the Indian facilities and it has already been launched in the US and Asian market. The vehicle would feature the Honda City inspired arrow head styling and its aerodynamic styling would be sportier than most cars in the segment. The vehicle would feature a 4 cylinder petrol engine that produces a power of 140 PS and is available in both automatic and manual transmission versions.
Honda Mobilio:
The vehicle is expected to cost around Rs 7 to 9 lakh in India and would be launched in March 2014. The vehicle would be sold in both its petrol and diesel engines and is expected to compete with Chevrolet Enjoy and Maruti Ertiga. There would be a lot of changes made in the design of the vehicle to differentiate the MPV from its sedan and hatchback counterparts.
Honda Brio – Based MPV:
The vehicle would be launched in June 2014 and is expected cost is Rs 6-10 lakhs. This compact and highly efficient multi-purpose vehicle would be based on the Brio platform and would feature a longer wheelbase and a 1.5 liter diesel engine that gets the sedan much popular. Petrol version of the engine would also be available to churn out a power of 90 PS and a torque of 110 Nm. The styling of the MPV would be similar to the Amaze and would be a seven seater.
Honda Jazz SUV:
The expected price of the vehicle would be between Rs 8 and 14 lakhs and the car is expected to get launched by August 2014. The concept for this urban SUV was unveiled at the 2013 Detroit show that depicted the glimpse of the compact crossover that the Japanese car maker is planning for the year 2014. The concept of the SUV would be based on the next generation Jazz platform and has been designed to take advantage of the tax concession available in India. The vehicle would be designed larger and roomier and would be powered by a diesel engine and is expected to compete with Ford Eco Sport, Renault Duster, and the all new Maruti XA alpha. The vehicle would feature a competitive price tag owing to its 1.5 liter diesel engine. The vehicle is expected to be launched in Japan by the year 2013 and in India by 2014.
