Honda is an established auto brand in India, the company has lately engaged in smart engineering practices, evident with the phenomenal sale outputs recorded by the firm. Its first diesel project was Honda Amaze, and since inception in April 2013, Honda has been on a profit roll, even when the Indian car market scene is depressed.

If the launch of Amaze is not exciting enough, there are many more unwrapped packages for Indian markets in the near future. One upcoming launch to look forward to is Honda Vezel SUV. The car was displayed in its grand avatar at the prestigious Tokyo Motor event. Vezel is draped in refined posh SUV material, filled with free flowing graphics, artistically carved wheel arches, grille and head lights. The head light design is one of the highlights of the exteriors, molded into a neat original geometric structure, and on it are small sparkling lights. The classic arrangements of tiny lights on head lights will render a pretty image to the car during peak dark periods. The Vezel sounds like a thrilling package, but the launch is not anywhere near, and expected to happen sometime in 2015.

Vezel might be showcased at the highly awaited auto motor even in Indian markets. The car will sport a potent iVTEC 1.5 liter petrol mill, for all basic variants. For US markets, Honda might incorporate a turbo engine, and the release is likely to happen in 2014. The company is keen to insert the diesel turbo iDTEC 1.6 liter engine for European spec cars. The good news is Honda is keen to fit the car with automatic and manual gearbox options in the form of all wheel and front wheel drive modes.

Honda Vezel was recently launched in Japan, with a seven speed automatic clutch and hybrid power train. The Indian spec car will have a 1.5 liter diesel iDTEC and 1.5 liter petrol iVTEC engine. For global markets the car will bear an interesting name tag called CR-V Crossover. Apart from Vezel car enthusiasts and Honda fans can await grand packages like fourth-gen City sedan and Mobilio MPV. The launch of the car will intensity the cut-throat competition that exists in SUV market, few of its arch rivals are Renault Duster, Ford EcoSport and Nissan Juke.

Honda has released the Vezel on Japanese shores, and for those who can’t wait to have a glimpse of the car in motion, a captivating television commercial on the car is on the web. They say cars are strong family bonding mediums, the advertisement highlights this effect, and goes like this portraying a small family comprising of a couple and a child. The couple is busy with their daily work routine, and all of a sudden the Vezel SUV is released, and buying the car is the best thing that has happened to them. After hard day’s work, the family heads for a relaxed drive in their Vezel, and the aftermath effect is an assortment of delight and deep bonding among the three. The feeling is like heaven on earth.

We can expect the same effect with Indian families, the Indian car industry is strained at present, but the future holds shockingly amazing promises. So let’s wait for launch of Vezel and immerse in moments of bliss and togetherness.
