The new 2015 Honda Fit becomes fitter

The Honda Fit hatchback that is also known as the Jazz in some markets is a truly efficient and reliable car. The Japanese car major has improved the new 2015 Fit, which is even better and fitter.

After creating a wave of praises with the all new 2014 Fit, Honda has gone ahead with the debut of the new 2015 Fit at Detroit Motor Show. The new Fit does not only look good in the company brochures, but it is sure to look good in your parking lot as well. It has a clean contemporary exterior appeal that looks chic and styling. The styling is per Honda, which offers premium good looks even on the compact body to make it an appealing modern urban vehicle.

The 2015 Honda Fit offers the same spacious body of the 2014 all new model and is a great family hatchback. Being a compact hatch, it really has a commendable amount of space and comfort in its cabin. The cabin offers ample legroom, shoulder and headspace for all its occupants. Moreover, thanks to Honda’s smart interior styling, the car also offers a great boot space that can be further enhanced with smart folding back seats.

The Fit hatchback offers a smooth and effortless driving experience that makes drivers enjoy a more stress free drive. Moreover, the nicely cocooned feeling in the cozy cabin of the fit can be compared to the premium feel that the much larger and expensive cars offer. The new Honda Fit is offered with a manual as well as a C.V.T. transmission options. The 1.5 liter 4-cylinder engine is capable of churning out a good 130 horsepower and is very responsive and efficient. When it comes to fuel efficiency, the C.V.T. gearbox offers a return of 33 miles per gallon on the city roads and 41 on the highway, while the 6 speed manual model offers 29 mpg on city roads and 37 mpg on highway. The CVT model though offers great easy driving on the traffic stricken city roads.

On the inside, the Honda Fit is again a charmer with its multi-foldable smart seats. The seats can be folded in a lot of different positions in order to facilitate flexible space that can be enhanced as per requirement and offer ample space both for the passengers as well as cargo based on the various requirements. The rear seats can be folded flat and an adult of an average height can lie down comfortably in a diagonal position across the stretched out boot space. Honda says that the new Fit’s front and rear seats can be placed in a flat position to increase storage space to accommodate a lot of cargo.
