2015 Honda Fit to launch in mid week of June

The new Honda Fit is a big global launch; the car will hit US shores in mid June. Since the launch date is just days away, shipment preparations have been organized. The car is built at company’s new unit in Celaya Mexico; the earlier organized release date was sooner than mid June. The delay in launch is due to the slow shipment movement. Honda earlier stated that it will launch the car sometime in mid April, a Honda spokesperson Chris Martin to media personnel on launch of new Fit, said, ‘’we are aware of how excited the public is about the new 2015 Fit, and we are appreciative of their patience.’’

A new Fit launch is interesting; the other attention grabbing fact is the new manufacturing unit. Honda is working on key effective transportation areas, and is formatting a calculative approach to wrap up shipments from the unit. The process has been moving efficiency, but at a slower than expected pace. The company has organized bulk additional inventory, to sustain enormous demands all over the country. The transportation of vehicles to Honda showrooms will start in mid June.

The newly established Celaya unit has a vast acreage, to build massive amounts of 200,000 Fits and also HR-V subcompact crossovers for attractive Mexico, Canada and US markets. The plant has state-of-the-art manufacturing equipments.
