The 2015 Honda Fit is an able and spacious hatch

The Honda Fit, which also goes by the name Jazz, is a very able and reliable small hatchback which has been winning over the global consumers for years. With the new 2015 Fit, the Japanese car major takes things forward, offering a whole new experience for the small car consumers. Honda claims that it offers much better drive experience and comfort to the small car consumers with the latest edition Fit as compared against its market rivals. To explain the cramped up situation of the small car owners, Honda’s senior vice president and GM, Jeff Conrad says that the typical small cars are “penalty box of life.” And the new 2015 Honda Fit is a freedom from such ‘penalty boxes’.

The Honda Fit was first introduced in the year 2007, ever since which the Fit/Jazz has been always appreciated for its superior space, premium design, reliability and fun to drive aspects both by the market experts and the consumers alike. The primary formula for the success of the Honda Fit is that it always has a balanced size and weight proportions, a very lean body with spacious and comfortable interiors, and it makes its occupants feel that they are in a bigger car than what it actually is.

Externally, the stylish Fit has now become even more appealing. The front wheel drive car’s powerful engine is mated to a new 6 speed manual transmission gearbox, while the choice of a very new CVT gearbox is also there.

The new CVT gearbox transmission obviously offers a great drive experience and is always preferable, although it is a little less fuel efficient. For the mileage lovers however, the very efficient and quality standard 6 speed manual gearbox is always there. The CTV version offers the impressive fuel efficiency of 33 mpg in city and 41 mpg on highway, while the manual delivers a notch higher.
