Honda will launch Mobilio in late July; it is a big launch that has made the public go crazy. It is just a month’s wait, and so much is written about the car lately. The first source of excitement lies with the cars arrival to dealership units and then greater depths of the interiors were revealed and sources call it the 360 degree view of the car.
Mobilio was displayed in grand style at 2014 Indian auto expo, after which many more images of the model were posted on the web. Now for greater source of excitement, the car is displayed at a mall in Ghaziabad. The car will launch with a generous below Rs 10 lakh price tag.
Mobilio will move on robust 1.5 litre iVTEC petrol engine also used in City and Amaze. The fiery engine will generate shockingly impressive powers of 145Nm and 119 bhp. The diesel engine will run on iDTEC 1.5 litre capacity and will generate 200Nm and 100bhp.
Images of the upcoming Mobilio posted on the web look great; imagine the excitement scene where the car is parked in mall in Ghaziabad. The side angle of the car is visible and it sparkles to the core. It looks more lavish than Innova and Ertiga. The front section of the car is shown as well, and there is a huge crowd gathering as expected. Mobilio looks stunning from the front and sports a professional and sophisticated demeanour. The exciting angle of the car is it symbolises enrichment in grand fashion.
The rear section is revealed with open boot; in the dickey are two big suitcases and a small brief case. The equipments are neatly stacked with sufficient space in between which indicates that many more items can be tucked in. The sight of the car has made the people around go bonkers; couple of enthusiastic occupants are inside. It is a seven seat car, all seats have head rests and there is ample space between each cushion.
Mobilio looks grand from the inside with a vibrant and professional black and beige décor. Apart from the luxuries of having the liberty to encounter waves of luxury with comfort and ample room, the car has a world class audio system with touch screen. The touch screen system looks great painted in a royal beige shade.
Excitement with forthcoming Mobilio is building up; the car is built on Brio platform. It is expected to be a huge success to the level of Amaze and City. Honda has strategized its launches effectively, the company has generated month on end profits in gloomy car market atmosphere. It was ahead of many big auto players who were struggling to make impressive profits. The market is showing signs of revival, some companies have recorded gains, and others have not. With Honda it’s always a successful ending, and Mobilio will surely be another thumping launch.
The car is a threat to Toyota Innova and Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, it will be interesting to view the profit status and customer response levels post the launch of the car.
