Honda is in the news for its stellar launches, the company has yielded month long profits, most of which is contributed by Amaze and all new City. So much is written about Honda’s current profit grand profit makers (Amaze and City), and also its upcoming vehicle Mobilio. Not much information surrounded Honda’s present models Brio and CR-V, for some interesting information Honda has jumped into the past. It is hard to forget the all time Civic, there are speculations that the company might bring the car back, and a special Civic Black Edition launched in U.K.

From being nowhere for years, news of Civic has suddenly splashed again, just after a day post the news of its arrival, news of Honda introducing the Black Edition car in U.K has surfaced. The design framework of the car is based on the current Euro spec car that has a 1.8 liter iVTEC and 1.6 liter i-DTEC engine. The diesel engine generates 118bhp and the petrol car 140bhp, a Black Edition Civic is a special launch, so what the specialty of the vehicle. The entire vehicle is soaked in black inscribed in aluminum ‘Black Edition badge, body kit, roof spoiler, rear and front bumper and alloy wheels.

The head of Cars in UK division of Honda, Leon Brannan said, ‘’we are once again doing everything possible to reduce the costly value of the car, we are also happy to introduce the special Black Edition car garnished efficiency, refinement and versatility all the desirable factors of customers.’’

The initial down payment is 550 pounds (50,000 INR) and the monthly payment is 249 pounds (24,900 INR) with zero percent annual percentage rate. There is some more excitement to look forward to Honda will introduce the special offer scheme with its Civic Tourer and Civic variants.

Honda is doing all it can to provide the best customer care possible with the launch of comprehensive care plan. Under the scheme customers can take advantage of roadside assistance and servicing warranty for five years with the payment of 555 pounds (55,000 INR). There are some more splendid specialties to look forward to such as Black Edition Jazz Si and CR-V priced at 189 pounds (18,900 INR) and 329 pounds (32,000 INR), these are the monthly installment rates.

There is a tint of hope that Honda might bring the Civic back to India, nothing is known yet. It is still a long way off, an old Honda car in new light to look forward to is, the all new Jazz scheduled to arrive in 2015.
