Honda building Jazz in three different styles

After the introduction of Honda Jazz in India which is remarkably doing well and the globally contributor to Honda’s profit sales is being manufactured in three different body styles. The three body styles of Jazz being manufactured are a regular hatchback, crossover and sedan. The company aims at targeting the small car segment in USA. The three different Honda Jazz variants will be manufactured at Honda’s New Mexico plant and will be exported to the US.

The company is working in full swing to introduce the next generation Jazz and City. The Mexican plant is expected to have an annual production capacity of 2 lakhs, out of which 30% will cater to Mexican market, and the remaining numbers will enter the US. Together with the three Jazz styles, the company is keen on introducing a compact crossover SUV based on Jazz platform, particularly to target the emerging markets like India will be on their strategy list. The company’s key idea is to establish a plant in Mexico and target American market to gain over the strong American currency over its weaker Yen. The other reason is the small car market has been slowly reigning in America.

This initiative of Honda to introduce three styles of Jazz will be very reliable for the Company to increase its profit sales. Since its introduction the New Honda Amaze and Jazz have gained immense popularity throughout the world. These Honda models have been written about in many car magazines and car websites. These models have been a profit player for the company in 2012, with an increase in 87% sales in November contributed by Honda Amaze, Jazz and City to name a few.

The factors which contributes to the popularity or success of a car is the energy efficiency, the New Honda City is being fitted with a 1.5L, 4 cylinder i-VTEC, and the other is safety, the most important feature of a quality car. The New Honda City matches customer’s safety desires to the core, with its high-end safety features of being fitted with an ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) with Brake Assist (BA), Dual SRS airbags, pre-tensioner seat belts. The front body of the car is designed in a way to ensure protection to pedestrians.

The New Honda Jazz is also fitted with a very powerful 1.5 liter engine, similarly adopted in the successful Brio. This model has already encountered a steep profit of approximately 8 lakh units, the hatchback and sedan variants are performing considerably well globally. This car also has good safety features being the attachment of ABS, dual front airbags and so on. Along with the Standard safety features, the car also has advanced supreme quality interior features being; front fog lights, sporty tail gate spoiler, driver seat height adjuster, power Adjustable ORVM’S, rear parcel tray, alloy wheels, reclining rear seat etc. The other upgraded features include 16-inch alloy rims, headlights, taillights with clear mica, the increase in length of the hand grip located on A-pillars; a waterproof carpet is located on the foot.

The Jazz and City cars have already gained high sales in the sedan, hatchback and crossover variants; hence there is no reason why the model should not have high profit sales in America, which is slowly becoming the hub of small car market.
