2015 Honda Civic Type R is awe-inspiring

Modern car design technology has progressed like wild fire in the past years, every nook and corner of cars look creative. Honda an acclaimed auto manufacturer is a forerunner in premium car segment. It has for years stunned the public with its posh and elegantly styled models. A new launch to look forward to next-gen Civic Type R, it is branded by sources as the hottest hatch in town. Honda recently revealed a concept model of 2015 Civic; it is powered by four cylinder 2 liter turbocharged engine that produces 280hp. The car is sold in four wheel drive mode. The car was showcased at the prestigious 2014 Geneva Motor Show. It is an exclusively stylish car that will be pushed to international markets in early 2015. The stylish is inspired by Civic race car, a popular figure at World Touring Car Championship.

2015 Civic type R is a differently designed car, with no resemblance to the regular Civic or prototype models, spied last year. The design itself has a story to tell, it is structured to offer class rending performance, tested at Burburgring race track.

Let us go over the exemplary engineering techniques injected into the car that makes it an ace performer. The shape and position of rear spoiler is engineered to provide extra down force. The lower and upper grilles are enlarged and air outlets on hood act as amazing engine coolers. The back and front fenders have increased width to fit in 20 inch tires, and air outlets are compartmentalized to enable optimum flow.

The engine is attached to six speed manual transmission gear box and front wheel spin. Honda has said anything about launching an automatic car.

The new Civic type R model will not launch in US, but will head to other overseas markets. Honda will launch the next-gen CR-Z in America, and majority of the features will be similar to the new Civic Type R car.
