Honda activa and aviator are the two best two wheelers in the market today. But the aviator came after the activa, and hence it has been in the market for a longer period of time and therefore may be preferred by more people. As far as the engine is concerned, both the activa and aviator has the same engine with a power of 109cc and the power emission is equal. Although the fuel tank of both are of different capacities. The fuel tank of Honda activa is of 5.3 Litres whereas the fuel tank of Honda aviator is of 6 litres. Apart from this, the engine and the power transmission of both the vehicles is absolutely the same.
Mileage comparison
Although the engine components are absolutely the same of both the vehicles, the mileage that is offered by them is different. Coming to the average of both, the activa offers an average of 45-55 kilometer per liter whereas the aviator offers an average of 30-46 kilometer per liter. There is a big difference in the mileage that is offered by the two vehicles and definitely the active offers a much better mileage than the latter.
Power comparison
The best that is offered by Honda Activa is probably the power that it has been able to offer. Its performance is therefore far much better than the aviator. The power that is offered by the new Honda Activa is of 10 Bhp@ 7700 RPM. It takes very little time for the Honda activa to reach its maximum speed and its displacement is also better than the Honda aviator.
Exterior
The front design of the Honda activa is definitely much better than the Honda aviator. It looks sleeker and the design is slightly better than the Honda aviator. The back is also slightly better shaped in the activa as compared to that in the aviator. The boot space in the activa is also more in the activa than in the aviator. Coming to the under seat space, Honda aviator has slightly more space than the Honda activa. Activa has an under seat space of 18 litres whereas aviator has a space of 20 litres which makes it more spacious. Apart from this, the wheelbase of the aviator is also more. Activa provides a wheelbase of 1238mm while on the other hand aviator has a wheelbase of 1256mm.
Other features
Because the Honda aviator has a wider wheelbase and at the same time it is wider and so it is perfectly suited for the hilly roads as well. Because the tyres are bigger, you can always expect a good hold of the tyres on the roads. The seating quality is also better which makes it impressive. Therefore, both Activa and aviator have some plus points as well as some negative aspects.
