Honda Jazz is a luxurious small car launched by Honda Motor Company which is the first car launched by the company. Chevrolet Beat is a sporty car in the hatchback segment of General Motors. A small comparison has been done to understand both the cars more.

Honda Jazz: This premium hatchback is equipped with 1.2L, 1198cc, four cylinder powerful engines that generates a power of 90Ps @ 6200rpm and a maximum torque of 110nm @ 4800rpm.

Chevrolet Beat: Beat is powered by petrol engine of 1.2L, 1199cc, 4-cylinder, 16 valve DOHC, STEC II which generates a maximum power of 80.5Ps @ 6200rpm and a maximum torque of 108Nm @ 4400rpm.

Exterior:

Honda Jazz: Honda Jazz is a stylish and sporty looking hatchback. It has sharp lines and comes with central bonnet ridge. The premium front chrome grille of this car gives it a look of Honda CV-R. The headlights are coloured as silver and are matt finished, its windscreen is steeply raked and its glass area is shaped ellipsoidal. The door handles are body coloured and the alloy wheels gives the car a classy look. At the rear, the tail lamps are designed as new and the look is further enhanced by the chrome garnishing. An antenna has been placed on the top rear portion of the car.

Chevrolet Beat: The Chevrolet comes in a sporty and robust look. The car has satin finished roof-rails and the car’s look is made smart due to the B pillar styling strip. The front grille of the car beautifully merges with its curvier headlamps. Its bumpers are body coloured and the OVRMs are internally adjustable. The door handles are body coloured and the alloy wheels provides the car an aggressive look. The rear of the car has LED tail lamps.

Interior:

Honda Jazz: The interior of Honda Jazz is attractive and beige coloured. Its dashboard comes in dual tone and is equipped with advanced instrument panel. The upholstery is also beige coloured. Jazz has a very spacious interior and the headspace allows even a 6ft tall person to accommodate. The instrument cluster in this car is amber coloured and consists of stereoscopic dials with fuel consumption indicator. The rear seats are placed a bit higher than the front seats so that rear passengers get a clear view. The car has full of compartments for storage purpose. It has three spoke steering wheels with audio controls mounted on it.

Chevrolet Beat: The interior of the beat offers space and elegance. The dashboard has piano black finished colour and the metallic finished instrument also offers a stylish look to the car. It has fabric upholstery that matches well with the interior. It also has digital trip meter, sun visor, tachometer, rear view with anti glare etc.

In between these two hatchbacks, it seems that Honda Jazz is more stylish and technologically sound car than Chevrolet Beat. Jazz also excels in the interior features and also is more spacious than the Beat.
